"I stayed at this hotel probably 20 times over the last two.years!!! Staff is great always very helpful!! Monica was great this last trip very funny lady very helpful.very sweet polite she made my trip much nicer as the area was clobbered with.lots of snow and bitter cold look forward to seeing her again on.my.next trip as well!!"
"We reserved a room with a living room but didn't get that. The front desk person told us she gave it away and that reserving and paying up front for s room doesn't guarantee you the room. After take 30 minutes to check in to the room it had only 1 working light. Another 20 minutes to get a different room because they couldn't get the power to stay on they moved us. The room next to us had dogs that barked and they played the TV all night. Wouldn't have been so bad is the walls weren't paper thin. Didn't think I would have to listen to TV until 2am. Place sucks."
"Very nice clean rooms. 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Many breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again. There is a restaurant and pool too which we did not use."
"The hotel was clean and the front desk staff went way out of their way to communicate the room availability for us. Plenty of parking and a great pool and fitness room. We had one snag with one of the rooms not being ready and they got it ready in 10 minutes with apologies and a couple of free waters. It was a short drive to downtown where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely return if we head to NH again!"
"Spent the weekend Fri-Sun 8-11 to 8/13. Outside looks rundown. Inside is somewhat nice. Rooms are average and standard for the type hotel. Staff was friendly. Pros: breakfast and breakfast staff are 5 stars all day long. That’s why this review is three stars instead of two or one. Matress was really comfortable. kids liked the restaurant but be prepared for 15-20 bucks a plate Cons: staff messed up our billing three times. Over charged on the hold, final amount was 40 over. Couldn’t fix, has to be someone else. So waiting on that. Asked for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels. Wasn’t done. Room does not feel secure, slider door lock is broken, Jerry rigged replacement. Room smells and is dingy. ( it’s a pet friendly room but we had no pets ). Water pressure is terrible. Price gouging on room rates. 500 for two nights. Absurd. It’s college check in time at the college so they want to rake it in. It’s probably worth it for the breakfast but not at 250 a night. That’s a 100 per night hotel all day. Barely 100."
