"Got my bjs card and first shopping trip I used the app to scan all products I wanted to buy and could check if there were coupons for those items. Which almost 7/10 items had great coupons (atleast $2 off or more) which was amazing."

"Worst customer service ever! Most of the floor associates are quite rude. You'd ask them where things are and they get angry for simply doing their jobs or give you a smart answe.! I'm definitley canceling my membership. If they hate their jobs so bad, just quit."

"Just purchased Baby Back Ribs today They smelled a little funny when they were cooking them. When I was eating them they tasted a little off but I thought it was the barbeque sauce but nope it was not, I tried One with no sauce they were definitely spoiled. Today is Sep. 27th with a sell by date of Oct. 2nd. I called them they said bring it back in so I did and when she took them from me she through the in a cart with a other spoiled food. She said maybe something is wrong with the fridge because of so many returns. Items I have bought there recently that has been bad. Apples that smelled and tasted like mold I returned. Kombucha that was 2 months past expiration date. Capri tomatoes in a package that was full of mold. Organic coffee that was 1 year old at the expiration date. Also was going to buy frozen tuna one day that when I picked it up from the freezer was fully defrosted. That's it I am through buying any perishables from BJ's. This store is heading for a lawsuit! If you have spoiled food you have to pull it from the shelves It's obvious the managers running this store could give a damn."

"This is my “home” BJs club and I feel like it is a hidden gem. It isn’t in the fanciest shopping center but it has a huge selection in addition it has gas and a liquor store with great prices. The people working there have always been pleasant and helpful to me. I often to online orders for pickup in the club. I occasionally have had a mistake but it has been fixed usually by the associate who puts my order together for me to pick it up. I also often do checkout on my phone. Sometimes that can be a bit of a hassle at the door for the associates that have to scan my items but I try and make it easy for them. I e notice the process seems to be improving. The in club pickup orders are often done much sooner than expected and are so time saving for me. And this club has lots of inventory - larger than most of the other clubs around."

"Took +20 minutes at customer service counter to return an item. Agent could not locate purchase info, have to contact a manager, then found the purchase history but could not confirm purchase amount, then was able to verify purchase amount to issue a refund on a gift card. Was glad to get our of this place at the end and did not purchcase anything else. Train and hire better staffs please!"
