"I like big lots, they have a variety of things at this store. Everything From furniture to underwear! There are different items every time I go there. Decent prices, and usually have what I'm looking for. It's a nice department store. That has almost everything that Walmart has. But, it's never crowded like Walmart. I like that about Big Lots. "when you're told ordering online would be faster for something they don't have in store and they cancel the item want you to pay more to get the item and take 5 weeks longer than originally told is just obserd to me. we signed up for a credit card just to get this item and to be told we can't get it for the price we had originally and be told we have to wait longer isn't the best feeling jn the world. customer service tells you they are corporate so nothing will be done to fix the issue they made."
