"Was on hold for 2 1/2 hours so I didn’t get through yesterday on January 3 January 4 I called was on the phone for two hours waiting to talk to someone and I was first one in line one in the store and there’s four people working, and nobody answered the darn phones"

"My prescriptions were transferred here automatically bc my original store closed and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I’ve been calling all week thinking that maybe they were just busy but it doesn’t matter what time you call morning or night no one answers. I’ve even tried using the best “vehicles” to reach someone that the owner wrote in last review. It just rings and rings then disconnects you. I can’t drive here every time I need to check on a prescription or have a question nor should I have to."

"Worst rite aid of them all. And they are all pretty bad. The managers have TERRIBLE customer service and treat thier associates like dogs in front of customers. I called corporate and they haven't gotten back to me after a month. I saw the same manager in there today laughing and goofing off in their office. She wouldnt give me store credit after i got charged double for almonds ($5). I had my receipt and proof they were ticketed at $1 but she said she needed the product. They don't care that their managers aren't qualified and have terrible social skills. They are just trying to make money. I did like the pharmacy techs. But will be switching my pharmacy to walgreens. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN."
