"Best apartments to live in Salisbury MD! The management team is exceptional with their customer service and in responding to any requests you may have. The maintenance team are always friendly and always their to help in anyway possible. Ocean Aisle will be opening up three new buildings to rent very soon. I strongly encourage anyone who is moving to Salisbury or wanting to move from another apartment to rent from Ocean Aisle Apartments."
"I had a awesome double Master layout I loved it . The neighbors upstairs were loud but otherwise I felt safe and it was a great price for the size of the apartment. If Byron's still in the office your lucky! Very honest and efficient property manager, maintenance is nice too. Good luck with the new buildings."
"I lived at Ocean Aisle Apartments from August 2020 to August 2023. Initially, I had a terrible move-in experience with the previous property manager. She was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Fortunately, not long after I moved in, they replaced her and hired Byron Wilson, the current property manager, and the quality of service such as-quickly responding to maintenance issues-was exceptional. I cannot think of any time I called the leasing office and he or his staff was not quick to ensure my issue was satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner. I was so impressed with the quality of service and the attentiveness of the leasing staff that I ended up renewing my lease for 2 more years before moving closer to my Job."
"The apartments are decent but for the price they charge it's absolutely ridiculous. When I moved in (7/16) my apartment was not clean, the air ducts in the kitchen didn't work, the blinds on the sliding glass door didn't work, the refrigerator is on the coldest setting right now and it's still not working properly, the sink wouldn't turn off so you had to play with it in order to get it to even stop dripping , I was promised stainless steel appliances by not one but two of the management people in the office and I was also promised I could have my dogs. Turns out I couldn't have my dogs. I had to have two so I had to get rid of two, which I understand but what I don't understand is the policy. If you have a strict weight limit of 50 lb why am I seeing all these 70 lb dogs walking around? If you have restrictions on breeds why do I see pitbulls, rottweilers, German Shepherds that the manager Byron said were all service animals? I don't think so . There is a difference between a service animal and an emotional support animal and a pet. Don't let these people if you do decide to rent from them , don't let them talk you into anything because they will they are worse than car salesmen. The stainless steel appliances that they are selling to people and then not delivering. There are better options out there for 2000 a month. The management is nice enough but the delivery is awful. I'm here for 6 months and then I'm leaving and I'm never looking back. The only reason why this place has two stars from me is because Megan is very nice."
"The apartments are decent, but the management is absolutely horrible. They lost a check I placed in their drop payment box, told me to cancel it--which cost me $30 through my bank--and then made me write a new one to pay my rent. One of my bedroom windows leaks a significant amount of water into my room when it rains heavily. It has been like this since we moved in (July 2021). I have submitted at least 3 service requests regarding this issue, and nobody has ever come to fix it. Additionally, the walls are incredibly thin. There have been nights where my next door neighbors were up all night until 7am playing video games, and I can hear every word they say clear as day. We also submitted a nose complaint about that, and nothing happened. Overall, I'd recommend avoiding any complex owned by Salisbury Apartments as I have heard similar stories from each place. I wouldn't mind paying this much money if the management actually cared about and dealt with our issues. I have attached a picture of the drywall damage from the rain above my bedroom window for reference."
