The front desk worker quickly responded to replace a dying battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom. The breakfast was just ok, a little below average for that type of help yourself option."

"BEDBUGS!!!!!!! 9/1/2023. BEDBUGS!!!! 0 stars. BedBugs!!!!!! Do NOT stay here!!Our house burned down so we had to stay here! A few days in I noticed bites along my belly along my legs and my back and blood on the sheets….. the next two days he noticed bites all on him. We had it looked at, and they were bedbug bites. I went to the front desk, apologizing for the uncomfortable conversation I have to have. So the Manager (Dan or Dave) Yes, I said, the manager of a hotel! You know hospitality (lol) Told me he could switch my room NO apologies whatsoever from him!! He said I’ll change your room… Then, he decided to tell me that bedbugs normally come with people! I’m sorry, sir, my house burnt down, and when I came out of it, I didn’t even have a pair of shoes on my feet! And you’re going to tell me I brought the bedbugs! WOW!!! I’m not sure how you became the manager of this hotel because that is certainly not hospitality there! And we did not have a thing when we came here. Every last thing we brought into this place was bought brand new from Walmart. So as I am leaving the building and turning in my keys, I say to the other feller, that’s behind the counter i’d like to speak to the manager, while the manager absolutely refused to come out and face me! Meanwhile, I let this other feller know that I did not appreciate the comment from the manager, and I told him we brought everything in here brand new, because we had absolutely nothing our house just burnt down! The guy leans around me look at my cart full white trash bags because yes, I just bagged up everything I had in the hotel room in trash bags, ( because of BEDBUGS) So this guys says to me “ oh that all new is it? WOW just WOW!! Yes as a matter of fact it is!! My recommendation is …. to NOT STAY HERE because when you get bit by bedbugs, they’re going to tell you you brought them!!!!"

"The overall presentation of the room was nice. A couple things were a little off such as the door. It was really difficult to close and hard to open. It's like you had to hit it with your shoulder to close and open. The bathroom was straight. We had the accessibility room so there was a lot more space. The adjustment of the water temp was serious. Once it got hot, it was extremely hot and would take a minute for the cool water to kick in to balance out the temp. The bed was kinda hard but tolerable. Only the channel button worked on the remote. So to switch to HDMI we had to call front desk and she located the buttons on the back of the TV. The wifi wasn't so good so we just ended up using our phone data plan. The girl with the glasses at the front desk...wish I knew her name, was really sweet. I love coming down and just talking with her. Overall it wasn't a bad stay and I would definitely return."

"I have been staying 1 night a month for several months now and have never experienced anything like what some of the reviews complain about. Nice rooms, comfortable bed an pillows and excellent shower. I don't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. I'll be back."
