"I went in to get a room for a night. Whoever the lady was displaying poor and unprofessional Customer Service. I'm praying for you. That God deliver you from whatever was going on with you. I pray that you will be slow to anger and slow to speak. I was being very genuine with you and was telling you the truth and then for the so called Manager being the same way as you were was truly uncalled for. You both deserve each. I bless your establishment and pray God sends you an over flow of business. All I wanted was a place to lay my head after traveling hours. I was denied that. It's ok though because I upgraded and got a reservation where they keep the lights on for you. So thank you for upgrading me to an cleaner environment. I hope that you prosper and be in perfect health. P.S. You never know who you are speaking with. "Place was the worst dump i ever saw. 1 person barely spoke English. Blood on the sheets. Broken bed frame. Wanted me to do maintinace on room. Floors were bad and dirty. Charged me twice for same night."

"Clean, cold A/C, very quiet, and comfortable. Something I liked the most was that the floors are hardwood. TV is nice size even though we didn’t watch it much. Smaller, but big enough for a pack n play to fit for the baby. This was a perfect room for a one night stay, when everything in OC is booked. The manager gave me a price over the phone a day prior and when we got here said that the rate increased due to high demand but he kept it at the rate we talked about on the phone. Happy with our stay."
