Stone Grove Crossing

"This was by far the worst experience I have ever had to experience in my life. Management is horrible and discriminates ! Me and my children were constantly put in harms way. I was “evicted” with no court papers after being wrongfully accused of things I didn’t do and was found not guilty of those things . The property manager moves her family members in . Unfair treatment, nothing for children to do in community, no community events! I can write a list! I never ever want to experience anything like this again. Horrible management !! She does not ever give us a receipt so that way we cannot prove that we paid a certain amount. A lot of drug activity going on ,on the property and the management knows about it.She also racially discriminates , as well . There are a lot of people on the property that are either older couples , older people or biracial couples. I reported her when I first moved in for racial slurs and she has been retaliating against me for five years and finally was able to get me out of the apartment. We need to stop this type of treatment and their should be lawyers for low income housing! I lost my apartment illegally and even after court and was found not guilty they asked if I wanted to return I told them I did not feel safe! I now have an eviction on my record that is not true !! Beth Hitch and the management needs to be looked into !"

"Lived here for a few years. Staff always friendly and nice. Maintenance always took care of my request. Parking was an issue, not enough of it. They always had things for the residents, food give aways, holiday events, even seen Beth the manger at the bus stop in the morning talking with the families, passing out snacks, giving the mom’s information to help us. When there was not maintenance Beth came early to pick up the trash on the property, Beth really cares for the community."

"If I could give zero I would love it at first then was money hungry was on low income move out told her 30 days then a 3,000 bill that’s impossible never was late on rent"

"No one never answers the phone Monday - Friday. No one’s never in the office at the property. LOOKS like a clean property and quiet. How can you occupy homes with no type of assistance."

"The best part of Stone Grove is the property manager Beth. She is always willing to correct things that go wrong and will speak with neighbors who may be causing issues. I always felt like she cares and my kids LOVE her.. she truly cares about the community and is always willing to host events that are family friendly.. The neighborhood is generally quiet and the apartments are energy efficient! The only thing I would like to see is a safe play area since there are alot of young kids who live there."
