"I lived here for three years in two different apartments while working in Ocean City. Good location for it considering how expensive it gets to live in similar apartments in Berlin, MD. Far enough away from the University that you don’t feel like you’re in a college town Facilities were good. They do great grounds work through a third party. Pool is perfect in the summer and grill area is well maintained (and new). The gym is great too for an apartment gym. Maintenance was always quick and did quality work during my time living here. Tavon was usually the one to help, he is awesome! There were several times I’d put in a maintenance request in the late evening and would come home from work the next night and my item would be fixed/replaced with a “let us know if you need anything else” note. Plus they didn’t nickel and dime you for it either. These things were just included. John and the staff at the office do seem to care about the quality of your experience. There were some hiccups with the third party they use for bill pay on occasion in my experience. Overall, I sincerely enjoyed living here and would recommend it if you are looking in the area for housing to rent. You get what you pay for here, and that is something to say for this area."

"The place is well maintained. The walls are very thin i can hear my neighbors and people walking in the hallways. Overall, it's a great community. The only serious issue i had was the office Assistant Manager. The lady name Tonya is very rude and argumentative. You will think she owns the community. The other staff are very friendly and respectful. Maintenance are always efficient and effective."

"I lived here for almost 2 years. I enjoyed living here, the community is quiet and well maintained. The walls in between apartments were a bit thin, I could hear my neighbors snoring at night, babies screaming, upstairs dogs running around, or the pocket/closet doors opening and closing. The pool, while shallow, is nice for a relaxing summer day. The gym is always well kept. Any maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner. Occasionally I had trouble getting in touch with the office, or things slipped through, but as soon as I did get in touch, they were very professional and considerate. Only left due to moving out of the area. Overall I feel like community and quality made it worth the value of the rent."

"Ok so our time at Addison Court was great! Nice people at the office and our neighbors were great! We moved in on October 2019 and moved out couple days ago. In Dec 2019 our apartment got flooded and the staff quickly came and cleaned up and two weeks later it looked like nothing had happened. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool in the summer and the indoor pool at Mill Pond! Overall we had a great time and we have nothing bad to say about Addison Court and will recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much for a great time!"
