"Had a problem (so I thought) with our brand new refrigerator. It wasn’t keeping the groceries cold. I put in a Maintenance Request ticket Monday Evening, received a Maintenance Ticket with my Repairman’s information in less than 10 minutes! Tuesday morning, I received another text from The Ross giving me an estimated time of the maintenance staff’s arrival. He comes and checks out the new refrigerator and quickly realizes that no one had adjusted the refrigerator temperature since delivery!! So he adjusted the refrigerator temperature to its proper setting, my housemate comes to tell me “the problem” and we laughed with a hint of embarrassment!! I absolutely love living here! The refrigerator “problem” was handled in less than 24 hours and I am a happy tenant! I think there’s a sign out front to inquire about leasing. Come on by and take a tour! I bet you’ll love living here too!!"

Location is unbeatable, the unit is clean and spacious, common areas and gym are very well maintained too. The new management team is on top of their game and available on site daily. I’ve seen them giving tours too, and they’re always friendly. The best perk has been watching sunsets from the sky lounge and the gym is surprisingly large for an apartment building!"
