"Pricey but you get what you pay for. I've lived in Mill Pond for close to a year, and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Good quality appliances, well-built in general, ample parking, well landscaped and maintained, super responsive employees in the office. One of the few places in Salisbury that permits multiple pets, so that was a big plus for me. My only gripe would be that the pool (indoor and outdoor) has limited hours and my work schedule doesn't accommodate me being able to enjoy it."

My apartment was freshly painted when I moved in and the carpet seemed brand new as well. Any issues I had were taken care of quickly. The community is generally quiet and I always felt safe. The complex does a great job of keeping up with the landscaping and the trails around the complex are well taken care of."
