"It's close to 9 yrs since we moved in to Tide Mill Apartments. When my husband retired our plan was to move each year from state to state, but the plan has changed after staying here less than a year. The management and neighbors has become our dear friends and my support. I have not realized it that I needed a support group until my husband started getting sick. I am acknowledged and they listen! If I can have it my way I will stay here until otherwise."

"I started off at a horrible apartment when I moved to Salisbury over two years ago. Tide Mill has been such a breath of fresh air. The entire complex is clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly, the maintenance team are also friendly and very prompt to address the few issues I had, and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. My apartment was a cozy 1-bedroom with laundry, dishwasher, and balcony- all major perks! My one comment that I forgot to mention on my move-out paperwork is it would be nice for the complex to have better recycling. I was told by another tenant that only paper products are being recycled right now, and it would be great to see receptacles for metal, glass, and plastic. I don't know if this is a city/county thing or if management can make that change, but either way, it would be a nice improvement to an already wonderful apartment complex."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tide Mill. The staff in the front office and maintenance guys were always very good at their job. I will miss many aspects about living at Tide Mill. I enjoyed the environment that I lived in. I will highly recommend Tide Mill to my friends and family."

"Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have notified me for apartment availabilities after my scheduled visit around the complex. When I applied for a lease, they guided me throughout my potential lease without any stress and have answered all my underlying questions. Although my lease did not come to fruition, due to new job circumstances in another area, they have been so helpful with notifying me when my apartment was leased to someone else. If you want experienced staff to guide you through your lease, do not hesitate to look into this apartment complex!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Cute and modern apartments. Not the most space, but more than enough in an apartment. About average size when looking at similar apartments. There is a lot of closet space, so great for storage. Nice walk in closet and a fantastic area! Love, Love, Love the area!"
