Moving into Sophia's Place has been a wonderful decision, and I attribute much of my satisfaction to the outstanding service provided by Devonne. Devonne has been an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor have made my transition into Sophia's Place seamless and enjoyable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are met and any concerns are promptly addressed. I Also wanted to state that the apartments and amenities at Sophia's Place are also impeccably maintained. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property are a testament to the dedication and hard work of the maintenance crew. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, they have responded in a timely manner, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently. Based on my positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Sophia's Place to my friends and clients. The combination of Devonne's exceptional service, the well-maintained apartments, and the responsive maintenance crew make it an ideal place to live. Furthermore, I would like to express my belief that Devonne has the potential to excel in a managerial role. "This place is nasty do not rent from here. I live here now and I’m looking for a new place to move once the lease is over. They have mice/rat running all over the apartment. I’m a very clean person so it’s not because of dirt. I have told them about it and nothing has been done. 3 things I can’t do in my living space mice/rat, roaches, and mold. It’s very disgusting and unhealthy. I have a 2 year so I’m not happy about this at all can’t wait to move. For the amount you pay for rent you would think you would at least have a decent place to live. Awful do not move here it’s not worth the price at all! They stealing."

"Management online will talk the sweet corporate talk about "doing their best to better the community" and "striving to make community a great place to live" yeah right! They sure are quick and responsive when you're doing some summer cleaning and you have some stuff in the patio and they want you to remove it. But let it be a maintenance request about their old as dirt AC units running non stop 24/7 and not dropping temp below 80... Consistently running your utiliies double what similar homes utilize (according to delmarva... THEY COULD CARE LESS. Rip in your carpet near transition between floors and blame a pet and if you didn't have a pet I'm sure they would blame your kids! Anything to cheap out and squeeze every penny out of your rent. You might say... Well if you don't like it then move and that's exactly what I am doing soon as lease is up. But they should at least pretend to care about their tenants the people will only fix something if it's a hazard or a liability for them but if it has to do with your comfortable stay forget about it. Have small babies and it's 80 degrees inside the place, they don't care. Wish I could write more but not worth my time"

"I recommend you look elsewhere if you want to live comfortably with a properly working AC unit. Most of the units are older than my grandmother and yet the rent keeps going up. All they do is check the temperature in the register but they do not check airflow which is absolutely miserable. I can almost guarantee if they call a professional and not their own maintenance person they will say units needed to be replaced 20 years ago. I can only imagine how many other tenants are going through the same thing. During winter good luck with cold drafts! Be prepared to pay almost double what you should be paying for a small apartment this size year round. And they might say “well if you don’t like it than find another place to live” how about using some of the money to treat tenants with some dignity instead of trying to keep every penny they get from rent."

"I’ve had the best move in experience ever all thanks to Tanika. She has helped me tremendously over the last few months up to my move in date last weekend, and continues to do so! The apartments themselves are really nice and even if there’s issues they come out to fix them right away. We had a fairly significant crack in the tank for our toilet the day of move in and the next day they installed a beautiful brand new toilet. On top of that, they continue to actively fix any little issues we’re having as the days go on. Thank you so much to Tanika, April, and everyone else involved during our moving process.
