"Worst apartment complex hands down do not waste your money here.. the apartment is very spacious but had nothing but issues with the complex, management ect. Paper thin walls, can hear EVERYTHING people are doing above / below you. Plumbing is ALWAYS a issue here, pipe bursted in my apt 3 times cause mold to grown from my kitchen ceiling all the way to dinning room it sat for over a year before they came and cut it out leaving me exposed pipes for months making the apartment very hot. They provide free water but it barely feels like anything is coming out of these “eco” shower heads. Trash is always overflowing at each dumpster a lot of criminal activity happens there as well constantly seeing law enforcement.. in 2019 my car was keyed they told me they didn’t feel “comfortable” giving me access to tapes just to find out they had none ! My husband & I lived there from 2017- Oct 2023, every year the rent went up in crazy amounts no loyalty discounts ect. My biggest issues of all was how greedy they actually are when I first moved here I lived in the courtyard ina regular unit in 2019 I moved to a upgraded unit with upgraded rent price upon them moving me into the unit it was not fully upgraded broken washer and dryer all carpet old appliances there was even paint splashes like of different colors on the walls, they never wanted to come and clean the carpets either ( when I moved here they used to do it free every 2 years) The parking pass situation is a mess specially considering they pick and choose when they need to be the office, lots of excuses claiming they run other properties as well even though that’s a them problem not me a problem we suffer here because yall don’t got enough staff? If I could rate this place 0/5 stars I would plenty of better looking and quality apartments for the same price don’t waste your time!"
"Worst experience ever. I have lived here for over 2 years. I work from home. Water is shut off sometimes twice a week for "repairs" (over 2 years now) The trash piles up every week, we have constant issues with mice and they are charging me for gas usage and I dont use my heat and I have an electric stove. Rental manager never gives you direct answers. Always the run around. They dont provide parking passes, you have to go to the rental office to request a pass for a guest. If you make plans after 430pm on a friday for a a guest, well you are out of luck."
"This is the worst place ever to live! Although the apartments are spacious and the landscape is nice on the outside, don’t be fooled. That’s about the only thing they keep up with. They don’t respond to maintenance request in a timely manner or at all, a constant rotation of property managers while I was there (at least 5). I went a WHOLE winter without heat in below freezing temps. They only came to fix my heat after I called code enforcement! Which was only a drive for them to get a part..just pure laziness. Didn’t offer to reduce my rent through the whole winter. Consistently raised my rent by $25-50 every leasing term. Not to mention, I got my tires and rims stolen out of the parking lot. Came outside with my car sitting on bricks. They had video cameras and would not release the footage to me or the police. They don’t have enough dumpsters for the amount of people living in their apartments…instead of getting more dumpsters, they decided to give everyone a trash fee for leaving their trash on the side of the dumpster because there’s nowhere else to put it. You can’t have any guest over past 8:00 because they only give you one guest past. The laundry room is filthy and the machines take your money but end up not starting, the don’t clean the laundry ducts so close sometimes don’t dry. I literally can’t not make this stuff up. I could go on but that’s enough to show. Also they offer reduced rent incentives during some holidays by telling residents to decorate and right good reviews online to win! And most of the positive reviews on here are probably from that. Just ridiculous. Hopefully this helps someone avoid the HELL I experienced living there."
"I love this property. My experience here has nothing to do with my relation to the property manager. I get treated as any other resident. The property manager does an awesome job with what he has especially since he’s the only one in the office. The maintenance technicians are also great given that there are only two of them working on 129 apartments. Keep up the good work fellas. We (who actually live at Galloway) appreciate your hard work!"
