"I was excited to see Dr. Frayne and have my issue addressed as he came highly recommended. I soon got the impression he was not being fully attentive during our sessions, and not documenting pertinent information I was giving him. My first session I made it very clear I was had no longer taking a particular medication for over 10 years and voiced my dislike of the side effects multiple times during this first session, only to have him ask me the next session if I was still taking the drug. The Dr. clams to be on call 24 hours and communicates via text which I was excited about, but found simple questions I had were not addressed until 2 weeks at the next follow up session. The Dr. was also suppose to communicate with my Primary care physician about my case during a 2 week interval between sessions and he did not. At this point I cancelled all future sessions. Dr. Frayne was a nice guy, but I expected more from him being a mental health professional. Communication was poor, and I felt he dragged his out his care and responses for the purpose of Insurance Billing. I addressed these concerns in a professional manner with Dr. Frayne from one Medical Professional to another and he did not acknowledge my concerns, nor offer an apology for his lack of follow up, only to state he would "keep me posted on my insurance deductible" and offered his best wishes to me. Very disappointed."
