"I gave them a logo in differant sizes. Perfectly shaped. The lady made the circle in my logo an ovel shape. When I pointed it out. She said the letters look good.I kept pointing out that this is a circle and not an oval. That I wanted them redone. She refused. She refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this shop. If they scew something up. They will refuse to fix it. I paid in advance. Poor customer service."
