"I came here for exchange on 1/19 ladies upstairs were available to do the exchange because escalator was not working they were wonderful but I experienced a bad interaction with the sunglasses department. I ask to see some Burberry sunglasses and the lady was on the phone chatting which was not a sales call and told me I would have to wait a couple of minutes. Listen lady if you working here and someone asks to look at a $400 sale item you should have put that conversation on hold for that sale. Guess what I left I’m not giving my money to anyone that think I’m going to wait until she holds a conversation that seemed to me irrelevant to making a sale! No thank you !"
