"There is a theif among your cahiers. If I could give negative stars I would. I made over a $100 puchase which included a $40 gift card. These were gifts for a family member. The next morning I went to unbag my items so that I could wrap them and put my gift card in my greeting card, but the gift card was not in the bag. I immediately called the store. The gentleman on the phone said no cashier had turned one in and there was nothing they could do for me. I expressed my concern that the cashier had to have kept it and could they check their cameras. He assurred me they would. I asked them if they could deactivate the first one and activate a new one and he said I would have to call customer service (Who of course is closed) and provided me with a phone number. He asked if there was anything he else he could help me with and I said how are you going to check your cameras if you havent asked my name, my receipt numer, or the time I was there. He is like oh oh I can write that info down, but it was clear he did not care about my loss or the potential theif working there. You would think the Manager would have come to the phone for a serious accusation as this, but no. Now I have to spend another $40 not knowing if I will get my money back or not. Thanks Marshalls in Manchester for NOT caring about your customer!! Everyone else make sure they hand you the gift card, because they have a tgeif among them!!"

"Not one of the most organized or well-stocked stores of the chain. Don't go out of your way to shop there, but good in a pinch."

"Well, they've got everything at great prices. A little chaotic during the holidays, but the registers are organized and checkout is fast. Returns are also fast and easy (I had my first ever return there a week or so ago). The parking lot at this plaza is an absolute nightmare."
