"Do not shop here! Was told I couldn't have a paper receipt. Came to do return and wouldn't do one without a paper receipt. Rude. Never again. Edit... I was also told I didn't have an online account even though I could show that wasn't true on my phone... And, the return I was trying to complete was for a purchase done with a credit card. He said there was no way to use that for the return. I needed that paper receipt that I was never given. I've never heard that at any other store... Hey everyone, Champs Sports is right down the escalator and never had these problems there."

"Me and my husband both found some nikes we loved! Plus the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, and recommended to size up or down depending on the shoe. The made the shopping experience easy and we would definitely go back."

"I did not have a very good experience here. When I first walked in, I was greeted politely by a woman asking if I needed any help with anything. I did not need any help at the time but I had found a sweatshirt I wanted to try on so I walked up to her and asked her if there was a changing room. She very rudely said “That’s why I asked you if you needed help early but noooo”. So then she proceeds to shove and throw a ton of boxes out of the way of the changing room and leaves me with absolutely no space to shove into the door. I enter the changing room and it’s packed with a ton of stuff and I have NO space to change. I was forced to be shoved up against a table with racks hanging over my head and I just want to get the heck out of there. I would not recommend this place. Good clothes and shoes, but very bad customer service."

"The store manager that works in the morning is very helpful. I do a lot of ordering online and anytime I have Come in to do a return or exchange he’s always very helpful and friendly. He was very helpful in finding shoes for my 4yr old today, even interacted with him and joked with him. Very impressed with the customer service."

"Went to the store to exchange some shoes for another size after ordering online. They didn’t have the shoes in the store so they ordered another pair for me . I waited two weeks , never got an email or tracking number . I call the store and they tell me to go to my nearest post office that’s it. I go to the post office but they obviously can’t do anything for me without a tracking number . I call the store again only to find out they charged me for a pair of shoes that they never shipped out to me . I go back to the store to make sure they ship my shoes this time . It’s been about 4 days and I still haven’t gotten an order confirmation email nor a tracking number . I went online to track it through the order ID number given to me on the receipt only to find out it doesn’t work . I’m fed up and just want a refund, I’m never going back to this store again ."
