"Several times I’ve come to pick up a drive-up order and I’ve either had to wait over 20 minutes or they tell me my item is no longer in stock once I’ve gotten there. It used to be a great service, but you guys done downhill! Stop offering this service because it’s far from convenient."
"The GM for this Target must be untouchable, because this store has been run worse than any store I’ve seen, for at least two years. I’ve waited at the pickup counter for almost an hour for an employee to unapologetically, casually stroll away to retrieve multiple items they left out. It’s simple, don’t say the order is ready when it isn’t and waste my time. RECENTLY at night they have closed all self checkouts and only have a single cashier open, resulting in a line slower and longer than anything I’ve ever seen before. I thought this was a fluke the first time but the second time (yesterday), I walked out and made my purchases elsewhere. I assume the workers are overworked, underpaid, and unmotivated by management to make this a store anyone wants to shop at."
"This target is absolutely horrible for a line this long they have two cash registers open and this is how they do it regularly don’t go here they have no regard for your time or money. This has been going on for over two years."
"Fitting rooms closed at 8? There should be notice or something the store is open until 10? 9:30 seems more reasonable even 9. I work during the day and do shopping at night. I don’t want to have to try things on at home because fitting rooms close 2 hours before the store does make a sign so I’m not wasting a half hour finding clothes that I can’t even try on. I’ve been to target plenty of times where the fitting room was still open until 9. This is the first time it’s been closed no where did it indicate it closes at 8"
"Went to buy my wife a gaming headset yesterday for Christmas on Black Friday that was under the $70 sale tag and mind you, all of the headsets were all over the place, but the one I picked up was under the $70 tag. I wait in line for about 30 mins and the headset rang up for $138. I told the cashier that I found it under the $70 tag and the person they called over scanned it and told me that online it’s $138. I nicely explained to him that I found it where it said $70 and he rudely told me that online it says this price so if I want it for $70 to go find someone in that department and find the right headset. I asked if he could go verify it with me and he said he couldn’t leave the front. When I asked to take the item back so I can show the department person where I bought it he rudely told me “no I’ll keep it up here” and dragged the item towards himself. Very frustrating as he made it seem like I was trying to steal. I make way more than enough money where I don’t need to steal. I work retail so I understand being cautious on Black Friday but please don’t give me an attitude and make it seem like I’m stealing. Everywhere I shop, if the item is under a certain price tag, you honor that price. I talked to the manager to make a complaint and she even agreed that she would understand why I would think it’s the $70 price as all the headsets were scattered around. I ended buying the headset that was the “correct” $70 item but I honestly should’ve been honored the price for the other headset. The guy with the pony tail up front was very unprofessional."
