Rack Room Shoes

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and my fiancé went to Rack Room Shoes at the mall in Manchester. We were looking for crocs and seen the size we needed but unfortunately it was a little out of our reach. We looked around and there were a few people in the store. No one was wearing a uniform. So in stead, my fiancé tried to get the size that we needed down without dropping any boxes that were on top of it. He was able to get the shoes down but needed to put the two boxes that were on top of it back on the top shelf. As he was doing that he was approached by a supposed “employee” with no shirt or name tag identifying if she even worked there. She stated that a coworker saw us “ransacking” the store and that her coworker just cleaned this area and that we need to “get with the program”. We had only been there for maybe 2 minutes before she approached us. The “coworker” who saw us “ransacking” the store never came to help while in the process of trying to get the shoe size that we needed. Very rude employees and no identification that they worked there whatsoever."

"Highly upset. Didn't have any shoes in stock I wanted for my daughter. I bought my son a pair of hey dudes to get home and see not only was I given two left shoes, it was a complete different size. Now help me understand how you mess that up when you're using your phone to scan them and check in back... trying to call fly two days now no answer and they won't be happy if I go in there"

"Tons of options for sneakers, they are always able to order the size you need if it's not in the store. Great sales. However, would like to see more flats available for women in the fancier section for those of us with knee issues."

"The staff is very helpful and they have very fresh stock. The shoes and flipflops have good variety of color and they are also able to ship your size to home if required. Will surely comeback again"

"It was a really great experience visiting a shoes place after a while. I was ordering shoes from last decade online and i was totally wrong. Shoes is not the thing you buy online and feel comfortable and satisfied after purchase i never was. I visit tried walk around feel the difference in the same size different brands. And enjoy what i pick but still 2e sizes wide sizes particularly fits my feets. Wasnt much available in quantity neither selection. So other than that i totally prefer anyone buying shoes go to the stores direct."
