"The employees are pleasant / helpful - the manager was rude and seemed inconvenienced by us. I asked to be shown a particular shoe in a different size and she gave me the wrong shoe and insisted it was the same even though one had laces - one did not. - she just didn’t want to look further I also had a question on a return - her response was - “I already explained that” - I apologized for misunderstanding and asked her not to be rude at which point she eye rolled and shrugged her shoulders. Won’t give them any more business"

"Tiny red headed girl employee was hard to find, then wicked rude - seemed like maybe she was the only one there too? Sorry for needing help and not knowing how to do your job, if looking an item up with a general term was really a system issue, there was a more polite way to say that. If you don't want to do your job, maybe find another one you don't have to be around people for. Decent selection, but lacking in certain departments."
