"Stay far away! Nike needs to put this store in check! The customer service is awful!! You would think 7 employees standing around one would at least be nice. They act like they’re working at some high end boutique in nyc. I’m sorry to burst it to the employees but it’s south Windsor that nasty customer service will not be put up with. This store alone is a terrible reflection towards the Nike brand."

"As someone in retail management, there is no reason a family should walk into a store with no other patrons and 6-7 employees on the floor, and not be greeted or offered assistance from not one of them. After about 5 minutes, I had to go over and interrupt them talking amongst themselves to ask for assistance. Completely unacceptable! We had planned to buy 2 pairs of sneaks for a child returning to school, but due to the lack of engagement and customer care, though they had the sneakers we were looking for and at a decent price, we decided to take our business elsewhere."
