"I usually go to the Soma in Clinton. But today I went to the Soma in the Evergreen Walk. As usual, I have received amazing customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and immediately helped. Sadly, I was not able to get the name of the woman who helped me with finding my bras today. But she measured me, based on her measurements, she gave me bras based on my requests. She made sure they fit me correctly. She also gave suggestions. Then when I was satisfied with the bras, she offered me a variety of colors. She was awesome. Then the cashier, Dianna, was amazing as well. She was very sociable, and extremely nice. I had a pleasant experience here and would highly recommend Soma in the Evergreen Walk to people."

"I had a very good experience here, I got a gift card online as a present and got bras in the wrong size (I'm small chested and sometimes have trouble finding bras that fit and/or have too much padding). I was relieved that there was an actual store to do an exchange, and the ladies were so helpful! I felt like I could take my time trying things on and ask questions... I would definitely recommend this store for a person looking for something a little nicer."

"Store opens at 11 on Sunday Aug 6. Got here at 11:40 and it was locked. Knocking for one minute and called the store phone number, no answer. I saw the two staff were talking at the checkout and ignored me. No sign for closure or delay in opening. Terrible customer service."
