"Was there from out of state on Tuesday, 1/30 at around 11. The young lady with the painted eyebrows and fake smile was inattentive. Saw her roll her eyes at about customer. Never again."
"Store was in pristine shape. Store associate very helpful and checked me out along with my online order. Thank you."
"Definitly great selections. Found some very nice discounts. These clothes are made too last and of great quality. Carter's is a step up and beyond !!"
"Excellent stuff at reasonable prices. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will defiantly be back soon."
"I came in around 4 pm on 10/5 with a few items to return. It was a mix of some things I was gifted by my mother-in-law's friends back in February and other things I ordered offline right before quarantine. The sales associate ringing me out was very sweet and pleasant, however the manager made me feel so uncomfortable. She kept making comments how old everything was. I said I haven't been able to return it because things were closed and asked if they extended their return policy. She plastered a smile on her face and said, "We've been open since May, ma'am." I said, "Woh, okay there, I'm only asking", she said, "And I'm just telling, I'm just telling." I told her I understand, however I have a one year old and have been terrified to go into stores. When she saw something was missing a tag, she had the nerve to smell it in front of me, implying it was used, washed, then put on the original hanger to be returned. I found the tag, which must've fallen off, at the bottom of the bag and handed it to the associate. I hope she felt pretty silly after I explained the stuff had been sitting in my car as I was not comfortable leaving the house, exposing my family to whatever germs there are. Needless to say, I will not be back and instead will go to the other store by Wesfarms. How embarrassing for those other associates and the store's reputation."
