"Do not return your online orders here. I bought a bunch of shirts for a spur of the moment wedding online. I ended up not even trying the shirts on. I went to this store on 01/28/2024 and returned all 7 of the shirts that I purchased, however the clerk did not account for one of them and I was shorted that refund for the shirt. I didn’t realize the clerk’s error until a week later and reached out to the store asking for a resolution because I know I returned all 7 of these items. The manager reiterated that there’s only record of the return of the 6 shirts. However, I do not have in my possession a Navy Men’s Wearhouse button down shirt and have now been shorted $65 due to their mistake."

"Needed to rent a tux for a wedding and decided on this Men's Wearhouse location. So happy I did, Keshaun was terrific and gave me the best service and rental fit I've ever received from any Men's Wearhouse that i've been too, which is a few. I highly recommend this location and Keshaun, guy knows his stuff. Thank you!"

"If you need a new suit, ask for Billy! I went in with my boyfriend to buy him his first suit, and Billy was extremely helpful. He knew what he was talking about, from color, sizing, fit, and even gave some advice on how to match dress shirts and ties with the suit. Would highly reccomend!"

"The most important piece - the suit fit was phenomenal. My neck was measured incorrectly so the included dress shirt didn’t fit at all (17.5” vs 16.5”) so I had to buy a dress shirt for my black tie event. Black tie dress shirts are different to accommodate cuff links and tuxedo studs. The shirt the associate got for me was a regular dress shirt with buttons, which I have plenty of at home. I didn’t realize the problem until I was getting ready for the event and I went to put the cufflinks on. As it was the day of the event, I didn’t have a choice but to wear the shirt. I wasn’t going to get the suit back the day after the event and an associate told me to call on the due date and exceptions may be made and noted. I called and the associate got my name wrong 3x, put me on hold and hung up. I lost service on the drive home and couldn’t call back that day before closing. When I returned the suit, the associate told me the computer didn’t have a note about the late return and there wasn’t an option to bypass it. $20. They wouldn’t accept the dress shirt since I had worn it, another $55. The takeaway? Polite, prompt, friendly, and often knowledgeable service. The suit was a great fit. 3 MW mistakes cost me an additional $75. I suppose if I choose to use MW again I’ll have to be more diligent."

"My suit measurements for a wedding rental were taken by an incompetent high schooler. He was rude and questioned my knowledge of suit ( I have tailored suits older than him). Everything came in wrong and needed swapping out for different sizes. They wouldn't fully refund the parts of the rental outfit I needed to swapped out for my own clothes. Instead I have useless store credit. I would never shop here normally. Giving store credit is their way of shutting you up without giving you, your money back, in the end they still keep it. Their mark up is ridiculous too. Save yourself the head ache and shop elsewhere. A consignment store has better suits and prices. It's Better to buy there and tailor if necessary then rent and get royally screwed."
