"Flora and Cedar, ages two and one have been groomed at MFH since they were puppies. Christine and Katrina always take their time to chat and talk through what we would like for their appointment, even though we see them monthly. They love on our dogs and love what they do! Sometimes I bring in inspiration photos I found on Instagram or photos from a previous cut that I really loved and they are always receptive. We love MFH, don't hesitate to bring your furry family member!"

"When you drop off your dog be sure to tell them very specifically and exactly how you want your dog to be groomed. We've been going to MFH for well over a year and never once asked for a short haircut, yet they have shaved my dog TWICE and then ARGUED with me about what I requested. The shop is very small with a lot of people, a lot of dogs, and a lot of noise. They do not stop to listen well when you drop off your dog. Since the first mistake they made in February, they've done a beautiful job on my dog. But today, it was crazy in there and she didn't listen again when I said "Please groom her just like you did the last few times." One bad incident was forgiven. The second occurrence today means we will never go back."
