"Overall very pleased. Other reviews noted door slam and foot traffic noise. Wasn't too bad for my wife and I. Could do with foam stoppers on doors and/or foam in frame of doors since inattentive users can let the door slam. Breakfast was nice bagels, muffins, yogurt, and orange juice. Very pleased with location, price, and overall! We'll be back when in the area."

"The room was very clean and spacious! The bagel bar was well stocked in the morning, and the staff were attentive with any questions. The only downside of this hotel is that the walls seem to be very thin- we could hear doors shutting (slamming really) all morning which made it really difficult to sleep. People were not slamming doors, they just don't have soft close hinges and tend to slam very loudly. Other than that, the stay was excellent and we loved going to Mystic Village! Will definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed at the new Spark Hotel for a business trip, I have to say that it was a comfortable stay. Josh and Lisa were friendly and accommodating. When I entered the room, it was nice, clean and simple. Had a minifridge which was good. Bed and pillows were comfy, the bathroom had its sink outside of the bathroom but I could manage. Doors were thin, and I could hear what was going in the hallways, but I didn't mind. The Bagel Bar gave a nice touch of personality to hotel, its interior was very comfortable. A suggestion I had was maybe to give the hallways a little more spark by adding decorations. Overall the hotel was very comfortable to stay in for the night."

"I was definitely pleasantly surprised at how wonderful and clean and friendly this hotel is. Liked · What can I say about this place! I absolutely loved the rooms (my aunt stayed in a separate room with 1 bed) we had a double. The rooms were very updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, "ALMOST" directly across from Mystic Village. And the positive vibes I got just from checking in were wonderful and the front staff was great!! I like this hotel (the pricing cannot even compare to the $300-400.00 hotel prices in the area. In fact I loved it so much, I just booked again to spend thanksgiving with my family !!! Disliked · I wasn't made aware of the $25.00 holding fee that was put on your card. It didn't matter, but then you have to wait 2-3 business days to get it back. Everything else was perfect"

"This is a very clean and updated hotel with a good nightly price for the area. They do offer a bagel bar a d coffee for breakfast. The room we stayed in was quite large, bed is comfortable and you can tell from the smell of the carpet, it was recently installed. Bathroom is a decent size and clean as well. The only negative is the noise from the other guests, especially saying in the rooms above the entrance and exit doors. They should have a slow close feature added to them because they slam shut and make quite a bit of noise when other guests are entering or exiting."
