Hence they do just the bare minimum for documentation sake. So if you love bedbugs and would like to deal with a property that doesn't care, please feel free to move into Monterey Place. The staff are lazy and don't care, plus you'll be greeted by the most friendliest receptionist ever, who never had an attitude (Sarcasm)... Again.
