"Where do I start?? Ms. Charmaine is beyond awesome!! Everything she does with confidence. Hands down is the sweetest most down to earth woman I've ever meet. She's extremely knowledgeable in her position and has the kindest heart ever. She exudes what it means to be a good person who's for her tenants and her staff at William T. Rowe. She respects all the tenants and her entire team. Went there to get some info. regarding residency at the apartments for a friend and she welcomed me with open arms like she knew me her whole life. It was an amazing encounter and experience. Thank you Ms. Charmaine for gracing my presence and being kind. An thanks for all your assistance!!"

"I cannot take anything away from the apartment itself. The one bedroom is plenty enough room for 1 person or a couple that’s it. Maintenance man Adrienne is a hard worker as soon as you tell him he is on it and fixing it. Ava the nicest and another hard worker who cleans the building windows, vacuums, laundry rooms, fitness center daily all by herself. The tenants overall good people. They are kind, helpful and say hello or good morning everyday even if they do not know you. The building itself is maintained because on the top floors of the building they rent the apartments out to the hospitals nursing& Doctors finishing up there residency at Yale So that level of professionalism demands up keep. The front office staff…..well let’s start there. Wendy (assistant) pleasant has improved tremendously. Carmen building manager responsible for letters, rent, new residents anything that has to do with the building itself you talk to her. She can be moody , always tries to act like she is so busy and doesn’t have time to talk. She is suppose to be there to help but actually doesn’t care at all. If a problem should arrive that you have and you talk to her about it BEWARE if she doesn’t like what you are saying she will do little mean things to retaliate. Bottom line: residents are good people, property manager don’t be fooled by The Smile!"
