"I have lived in The CenterPointe Building managed by C.A. White. It was an incredible nice living experience, with well maintained spaces in and out of the apartment. The location is very convenient, the neighbors are very respectful, and the facilities include nice amenities. The apartment is very well lit, ventilated, and spacious. Maintenance if needed (rarely) is on top. I would live there again if I were to need to. Thank you very much guys for all your support during my living experience in your condos."

"I had a wonderful experience living at Campusview for three years! The location can't be beat if you want to live downtown, and the apartment layouts are spacious and comfortable. The CA White staff are all very friendly and generally quite responsive—though occasionally email replies can be slow, and I wasn't ever able to get help fixing my drafty windows. But every other maintenance issue I had was dealt with quickly and effectively! I'm sad to be leaving here and I definitely recommend it."

"I have lived at Campus View for about a year and half and have really enjoyed my one bedroom apartment! The location is fantastic - a few minutes walk to downtown New Haven and to the Yale campus. Maintenance is very responsive with upkeep, especially for an older building. And there are always new amenities being added, like a new recently installed package locker! CA White has been a great property manager and I would definitely recommend living in one of their buildings."

"I have lived in Campus View at two different times and both experiences were great. The leasing staff is extremely friendly and I have never had a problem with the building management. The building is older, but it has been well maintained and everything works. There are constant improvements to meet tenant needs. I don't have to wait to use the laundry and there is a secure parcel delivery box in the lobby. I am also lucky enough to have new hardwood floors in my unit. New Haven is full of horrible landlords and horror stories, so it is a relief to know there is a great place in such a convenient location-- right across from Yale Campus and just a few minutes walking distance downtown. As a working professional in the city, I enjoy the hassle free living."
