"Do not use this company especially if the VP Jessica granger is in charge. We have been having roach problems since September moved in back in may of 2023. We’ve requested to speak to her to see if we can have a price reduction on our rent for at least the amount of Months this has been going on giving the issues. we’ve been requesting to speak to Jessica since she’s the only one who handles that request and all we get is being transferred to other people who waste our time cause they can’t help. By the time we hear from Jessica she only followed up via email ( no phone call) because she wanted me to change my previous review thinking that the problem has been resolved even though it hasn’t been. We responded to her email before thanksgiving and never heard from her. She clearly didn’t like my Response telling her unless our rent is reduced for at least the amount of months this issues has been going on. the review stays and she never even responded. she is immature and acting like a child by ignoring our email. Jessica granger is a terrible VP and doesn’t care about anyone but herself and the company. Again do not use BRT if you’re looking for an apartment Jessica the VP only cares about two things taking your money and google reviews she only reached out to see if we can change our review. You are way better off finding a better leasing Company. The roaches are still appearing and yet Jessica hasn't reached out. You’re just going to waste your money and your feelings and request won’t matter since they clearly don’t care about there tenants but are happy to take our money"

"I will never live in a brt apt again. All they do is complain . Money hungery BRT also complained so much me and my elderly husband was forced to move during the covid pandemic. BRT would call every day and said they will not renew my lease. They also.only gave me 1/2 my security deposit back. They also fix nothing in their apartment's . They owe me money for putting up with them !!!! Hear BRT run"

"My mother has been a tenant now for almost 5 years. After my dad died my mom had to move from her home to her first apartment. It’s been a difficult transition but BRT has made it a seamless and caring atmosphere for her to feel at home. Whether it’s maintenance changing a bulb or a friendly neighbor offering assistance Barnbeck has been incredible and well appreciated. I will suggest anyone looking for a place don’t look any further than Barnbeck."

"Best maintenance people ever! I love my apartment, I've been here almost 6 years, and I have no complaints. All the people at BRT are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love that we have a laundry room, dishwasher, and, we're even surrounded by nature! I'm a single parent, and it was hard to find an apartment. For whatever reason, a lot of places don't like to rent to a single mother. Not BRT. They will work with you. My son and I feel safe here, because we are safe."
