"Terrible hotel manager who threatened my husband and I. We don’t recommend this hotel for a safe good value. Went to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and was treated significantly better by a courteous hotel staff and manager."

"My family and I ALWAYS stay at Courtyard Marriott in Danbury CT when we visit my husbands family. This trip we decided to stay at Springhill Marriott the staff during check in were unbelievably friendly and nice and the room was more updated Then courtyard the hotel itself is nice we are Marriott elite members and always stay in a Marriott where ever we go. However, we will NEVER EVER stay at Springhill Marriott in Danbury CT EVER AGAIN. I had forgotten to pack my purse the morning of August 27 because we were rushing to check out. Once I realized this I called Springhill only to be told that housekeeping never found my purse. I wouldn’t have cared as it was empty but, my friend that passed away had given me that purse and I only ever used it for special occasions. The fact that the housekeeper that cleaned our room after we checked out STOLE my purse is unacceptable. I waited two weeks in the hopes that housekeeping would do the right thing and return my purse but they have not. So BEWARE when staying at Springhill Marriott in Danbury CT because someone in housekeeping is a thief and Marriott has and will do NOTHING about it."

"Big shoutout to Monica, without whom I wouldn't be writing this review. Always appreciate an early check-in! This was a spur of the moment reservation for work. I've been trying to use my Marriott Bonvoy account more and so I was pleasantly surprised when Monica specifically thanked me for using the app. Got a suite at $160 which is a steal in my book. Clean rooms, comfy bed and couch, good gym w new equipment. Definitely gonna rebook if I'm in the area again"

"During previous trip a few months ago to Danbury I stayed at newer fancy looking hotel called Hotel Zero one street over from this Springhill Suites ; and while it was beautiful and had comfy beds …the sound proofing was terrible and I got very little sleep due to hearing everything outside my room all night for a two night stay; and the included breakfast was all packaged items with no hot or fresh items and no real protein options. They have a nice restaurant in Hotel Zero but it doesnt serve breakfast. So this visit to Danbury in August, I stayed 2 nights at this SpringHill Suites and was thrilled to have a amazingly comfortable bed, no noise from outside my room bothering me. And then the convenience of included breakfast that while not fancy was still tasty and included some hot protein items like mini egg quiches and warm cheese and egg muffins one day scrambled eggs and little muffin quiches the next day , plus hot oatmeal, fresh fruits, and baked goods both days. Oh and lots of good coffee. Marriott brand just always seems to do things right and I highly recommend this location if you want a great nights sleep and convenient warm breakfast when running out the door in the morning for work or other activities."

"Second time staying here. Reasonsble rates, especially if you qualify for a discount. The room was spacious with a king bed, couch, desk, front sink, TV/dresser/coffee alcove. AC was blasting well. We had no issues with noise from hall or other rooms. Limited encounters with staff were personable and accommodating. Free breakfast was minimal but satisfying for what it was."
