"I chose this hotel as I am traveling on business and it's advertised as having a business center. That's not true and it's a great inconvenience amd expense to take an Uber to Staples. The breakfast that was served was mediocre - cut up hotdogs. The room is spacious with a fireplace which is great since the HVAC is blowing cold air on 75°. The telephone in my room doesn't work. I asked for additional towels and washcloths and was brought 1 bath towel. The bathroom could use updating. I have never stayed at a Marriott and experienced such subpar service and amenities. Overall a bad choice that's going to cost me 2 days of work."

"This place is the definition of feeling unsafe and unwelcome. We travel 200 days a year for work and we will never stay here again. From the front desk clerk that treated us like an annoyance upon check in, to the drunken youth next door and the very loud dogs above us our last night was the worst. The same desk clerk from check in approached as we arrived home from work I was on the phone with my daughter. He knocked on our window telling us he smelled marijuana and argued with my husband while I was on the phone. All while letting the drunk underage room of girls with drinks in their hands into their room. There’s a mirror in an odd place in the bathroom that was just not right. So a put my finger on it no space between my finger and reflection. Remember space your safe. I had nightmares the entire night. Now I leave for work knowing I have stayed my last stay here. Check strange mirrors, Ladies! We are not safe out here."

"My husband and I were transitioning to a new job in Brewster NY. And house hunting in the worst possible time to house hunt. We were lucky enough to do an extended stay at Residence Inn Danbury. I can’t say enough about the staff there. Brianna was always giving love and hugs to my dog. In fact my dog would stop and look for her every day even if she wasn’t working. She would make sure all of our needs were met and was very efficient with everything we needed while we stayed there. Carmen the lead of housekeeping would take over and love on my dog when Brianna wasn’t there.. Miranda was the graveyard shift and with our senior dog we would make multiple trips out during her shift. She always smiled, and I loved chatting with her even in the midnight hour to catch up with her. She was so nice to us. Dayvana was one of the top people too there. We had less interaction with her… but when we did. Always with a smile. The staff is very responsive and helpful. When you are there for so long they start to feel like family and we sure did appreciate all they did while we were there for 3 months. Also the cleaning staff did a great job and the handymen… (unfortunately I can’t remember there names). But they were awesome too. Thank you to you all! Highly recommend if you need a place in Danbury."

"I had a great 3 night stay here for work! What really stood out was the insanely friendly staff! All across the board, from front desk personnel to maintenance staff, everyone says hello with a smile on their face. Room was comfortable and clean, and a solid breakfast as well. Just please fix the noisy fridges :)"
