"Maintenance staff at this location is far above average as is staff in the management/leasing office. Maintenance staff member Walter is a standout. He is consistently going above and beyond for myself and my family and I hear talk that all the other residents have the same experience with this gentlemen. Walter clearly takes pride in his work and I wanted to take the time to thank him and the other staff for their diligence and effort."

The grounds are well maintained and all of the office and maintenance staff have always been kind, polite and helpful. "The Point at Still River apartments with Bozzuto is one of the phenomenal apartments and cleanest I have stayed at. Very dog friendly as I have a 1 year old Golden Retriever and has lots of grass areas for my dog to run around and play. The apartment has a gym and swimming pool to use as part of our amenities. Very spacious and clean apartments, and very safe for kids and children to play at. I highly recommend this apartment to stay at!"
