"Nice spacious apartments. close to main street. maintenance staff are good and quickly resolve issues. but common area carpets & laundry area needs more frequent cleaning. overall good place to stay in danbury."

"I want to say”Thank You!” to the Brookview Commons team of Mark, Eva, and Frank. I’m a Southern girl who is a healthcare traveler and was working at the hospital and you made me feel very “Welcome!” The apartment and complex was very clean as it was presented to me via telephone site unseen. I initially had a problem with the faucet in the tub and knew nothing about filling out a maintenance request yet but called Eva and the maintenance crew were on it the next day. I had a problem with a tenant blasting their surround sound to wee hours of the morning and reached out to Eva and once again she was on it immediately and rectified the problem in a timely manner. I had a wonderful experience at your complex and if I am ever called back to Danbury Hospital I will definitely reach out to you again. Beatrice Schneider"

"Realistically, it's "okay". Positives are: -Proximity to the highway and being close to a lot of businesses/the local college. -Pretty new building, so the apartments are decent quality. Negatives are: -Parking is bad, and when it snows the parking lot is a mess for weeks. Not cleaned the way it could be. Guest parking- only four spots for the entire complex. -Not in the best of areas. -Air conditions and sink garbage disposal, namely, have been faulty on and off. -Not the friendliest people living in here, hard to meet people."

With the collaboration from both the staff and the residents it definitely made living here worth while. Spacious rooms, affordable prices, and the chance to have a fully furnished apartment. If that's not a deal sealer I don't know what is."
