"A decent hotel with overall good and clean amenities, especially considering price. The location is great, right off the highway, and they serve hot breakfast which is also decent but not spectacular. The staff is nice and mostly attentive and the rooms are very large. Overall a good stay. B+"

"The General Manger Senka Thompson is one of the Rudest persons I have ever met! I have no idea why she is in customer service if she is going to be hateful to a customer because they couldn’t understand what she was saying! I am hard of hearing and she got rude with me because I thought she said are y’all checked in and I said no checking in! I went to hand her my license and she told me someone else would wait on me even though I was ahead of the other person in line! The other person is the guy I work with! After we left He asked me I don’t understand why she didn’t check you in you were ahead of me! I have been staying at this Hotel which my company pays for at least the last 10 months and at least 5 days a week during that time spending upwards to $120 a night for those nights! I honestly don’t understand her Rudeness and do not think I deserved it! However in this day and age She will say that I caused the problem and it will get swept under the rug like most customer service does! My advice review the camera it want lie!"

"No hot water in the bathroom sink. Hot water came and went in the shower but had great water pressure. Front desk was told and advised that the hotel wasn’t currently having any hot water issues. Room was extremely musty smelling but the hallways and rest of the hotel was not. The room was in desperate need of repair. Rest of the hotel was clean and welcoming."

"Always good service. Nice clean rooms. Good value. Excellent Italian restaurant next door- hours are a little off for my travel schedule sometimes. But definitely eat here if you can"
