"good appliances in the room. The hotel is very beautiful. Bad service from the person at the counter. on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 10 p.m. I arrived exhausted from a canceled flight. The man was not very friendly when serving. moodily. He also did not respond to the order. He gets angry when they give him the card back because it doesn't work. Next morning, I was yelled at, because I was talking a few seconds to put my jacket on. He needs to improve is costumer service skills."

"I stayed for one night December 29 th 2023 with a 320 am shuttle to the airport next am. Motel was clean and comfortable. Shower was good and I, a very short person, could reach the controls for it. There was 24 hr day coffee and at 3 am a muffin and fruit were given out for early airport goers. The room was spacious and there was a good balance between eco hosting and convenience for the traveler. I would recommend highly."

"Visited this hotel as a handicapped person and have to say that this hotel had some of the most incredibly understanding and accommodating staff, as well as handicapable rooms. I could reach every outlet, switch, and organizer right from my wheelchair! Their bathroom had a roll in shower AND a chair so I didn't have to bring my own. Truly incredible and accessible. ONLY improvements that could be made were within the parking lot and one thing in the bathroom; parking lot could use more lighting especially at the entrance. The bathroom; one of the pull bars was not properly secured to the wall"

"Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bradley Airport is a good and bad hotel. It’s a fairly new hotel. Everything seems to work properly. The grounds / landscaping is well done. The main negative of this hotel is the entire third floor (top floor) smells like an old gym locker or a wet sour sock. You get somewhat used to it after an hour or so. We are not sure why the entire third floor smells so bad. The lobby doesn’t smell. We reported the smell to the front desk and we were told that it would be looked into. We hope they get it resolved soon. They moved us to another room on the first floor - room 122. It initially smelled better, then we got in bed and the bed linen, pillow and blanket smelled like URINE. Do NOT stay here. We do NOT recommend this hotel."

"Excellent: Has everything you’d want for an airport-adjacent hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Shuttle service able to be scheduled at early hours (5am for us). Impressive selection of snacks, cup ramen, and even microwave meals available for sale at the desk - very helpful for those with odd-hour flights to limit searching for a meal. Thank you to the desk staff :) Wish we could have stayed for breakfast! Overall, impressed!"
