"The place is beautiful and I can imagine would be a great place to live. Unfortunately the waitlist process is just highly disappointing. My partner and I were supposed to re-apply after a year but never got notification to do so even though it's been over that amount of time. It honestly felt like a waste of my time applying anyway becuase they only have a certain number of spots for certain income levels which wasn't explained until after appyling. Even when there was a decent amount of units available over the past year, we clearly barely had a chance of actually getting in. I even called to get an update on our placement on the waitlist months ago and never got a straight answer. I understand how a waitlist works and had no problem with being put on it, but I do wish communication efforts for people on the waitlist were better. It's nothing against the place but I feel like the entire process just gets your hopes up and it would've been easier to ignore this place all together than waste the time thinking I actually had a chance to get in with my income. This is especially true now that it is time to re-apply and nothing was sent out to let us know. I feel like the least I could get is an update every once in a while. Unfortunately my patience has not paid off and doesn't seem like it ever will, but I do wish happy living to the ones that do finally get accepted!"

"This place is awesome. After my first visit a year ago I knew I wanted to live here. I love everything from the interior design to the amenities they have available. The staffs are welcoming. The maintenance staff are friendly, quick and efficient. We were on the waiting list and it took a year but we’ve been here for a month now and so far so good. Highly recommend."
