"Flew in at 1am and decided to get a room rather than drive home 3 hours. When I got to my room there were unmistakable signs of bed bugs all over both mattresses. I went back to the front desk where the receptionist was very apologetic and understanding and issued me a refund immediately. There was no denying that there were bed bugs, just a refund and apologies. This place needs to shut down to treat the infestation they have, it is truly the only way to handle it. Please save yourself from the nightmare that is having bed bugs and book a room elsewhere."
"Stayed three nights, reasonable in price, convenient location, but expect no frills. A little hard to find because of the road numbering and poorly lit sign. As for room -- looked clean, no TV reception, and often no Internet. Hot water only in the morning, unappealing breakfast."
"Well... This is a case of you get what ya pay for. It's a cheap hotel real close to the airport. The rooms are sparse, dated, and rough. It was fairly clean, but the toilet leaked water when you flushed, the door to the hall had an air gap on 3/4 sides. The bedding was scratchy, like if all u need is simple then sure book it. Just don't set your hopes too high. I will say the lady who checked me in was nice and courteous. The guy this morning was playing the I don't speak English card just nodding at people..."
"Checked in to a room that smells like dog with literal dirt footprints and wig hair in the bath tub spearheaded by the rudest housekeeping staff I’ve ever encountered (no shampoo or conditioner, though) and a broken toilet. This place doesn’t seem to be very serious about its duties, it is way more ghetto than I was expecting - I can honestly get a better setup back home in the poorer neighborhoods of Chicago; this place has fallen WAY short of expectations. The only way I’ll be back at this point is by force."
"I have stayed here on two different occasions. The rooms are what is expected of a “semi-budget” hotel. The hallways have a damp, moldy odors, which, thankfully, did not extend to the rooms. This is a no-frills, basic place; do NOT expect any bells and whistles. The selling point for this place is the proximity to the airport and its shuttle service. They have friendly (female) staff. They were very accommodating. However, I could not say the same about the male ones."
