"Hotel is showing its age and needs a refresh, but the room was clean. The bed sheets were really crisp. The bathrooms are extremely small. The front desk people during our late check in were very friendly. The manager texted us several times to see how our stay was going. Breakfast was decent."

"Had travel delays and the Hilton was there to accommodate me. They also honored a room change request when the first room they gave me had some light structural damage (nothing life threatening, but pretty unsightly). They do need to update their outlets so you can use USB cords without an adapter. And for the price you pay, they shouldn't give rooms that have structural damage to begin with. But it is a comfortable hotel that is very close to the airport with shuttle service."

"Check-in was easy and all staff I encountered were pleasant and welcoming. Appreciate the warm cookie on arrival. Hotel has a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. I did not patronize this establishment. Although the location was not the best for me it is a great location if you are flying out of BDL. They do offer a shuttle as well. The room was where this establishment fell short for me. Bathroom was EXTREMELY small and room could stand cosmetic updates. The room did not feel terribly clean. Lots of fingerprints on appliances."

"My wife and I actually had our wedding here and wanted to spread the good word about the experience we had. We worked with Rebecca and Mohammed to plan everything and they were extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with for what could have easily been a super stressful time. We stayed in a suite the weekend of the wedding and it was super nice! The room was super spacious, clean, and was perfect for having a bunch of guys get ready before the festivities. Our ceremony itself and the reception were both at the facility and everything was absolutely perfect throughout! We were able to easily accommodate 80+ people for every aspect of the event. The staff was wonderful with serving us, the food was excellent, the ceremony room was beautiful, and the reception was a blast! We would recommend the Double Tree for any event!"

"For a hotel room that costs over $200 a night. I would expect more. The room was not cleaned before they checked us in. There was a half eaten sandwich left in the fridge, not a fresh roll of toilet paper which is absolutely DISGUSTING, and personal items left in the same from the guest before. The pool is not at all what it looked to be online it was very small and with 2 families in there, extremely over crowded. My family left after only being there 2 hours. I called when I got home and the woman I spoke with said she could offer me a free breakfast(they already offer a free breakfast) and was told there was nothing else more she could offer. I do not recommend staying here if you want a clean fresh room and to be able to enjoy the space EXPECIALLY with 2 children. We were more than happy to take the 2 hour drive back home instead of staying in a dirty hotel room. 10/10 do not recommend!"
