"They don’t even deserve 1 star. I strongly believe this place condones human trafficking. With that being said we couldn’t even stay for the night it was so gross. This place gave my husband a terrible skin rash that led us to go to the ER. If we don’t get the refund for that night, expect this bill in the mail."
"THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! I GOT TO THE HOTEL TO CHECK IN WHICH STARTED BAD RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE THEIR INTERNET WAS DOWN. UPON FULLY CHECKING IN THE CLERK TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE TO WALK ME TO THE ROOM TO LET ME IN BECAUSE THEIR KEY CARDS WEREN'T WORKING. I ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER BECAUSE I WAS NOT GOING TO MY ROOM BUT TO AN EVENT. WHEN THE MANAGER CAME OUT OF HER OFFICE I TOLD HER I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD PRIOR TO CHECKING IN THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET INTO MY ROOM WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. I THEN STATED IF I COULD NOT GET INTO MY ROOM MYSELF AT 9:30-10:00 PM UPON MY RETURN TO THE HOTEL THEN I WANTED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE NOT BEING ABLE TO GET INTO MY OWN ROOM. THE MANAGER THEN TOLD ME TO LEAVE THEN INSTEAD OF WAITING - SO I DID. I WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T PRINT OUT A DOCUMENT STATING MY PAYMENT HAD BEEN RETURNED NOR COULD I GET PROOF THAT I WAS GETTING MY POINTS BACK. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY THIS MANAGER TREATED ME AND WHAT SHE SAID TO ME. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND IN FACT I WOULD HAVE TO SERIOUSLY RETHINK USING A WYNDHAM LOCATION AGAIN BUT INSTEAD GO BACK TO MARRIOTT WHERE I NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES."
"Disabled unable to get assistance with luggage to room. Room was disgusting and had the phone line disconnected which gave me no way to contact the front desk. The phone number listed on the phone for the front desk went to someone in another state and they could not connect me to the front desk. I then had to go back to the front desk with my luggage to get a new room. It took me 25 minutes each time to walk from back and forth. Front desk could have cared less and was again unable to get assistance bringing my luggage to the new room. At this point I have now been forced to walk 75 MINUTES before even getting to my room. I was assured repeatedly by the front desk in the morning that I would be contacted by management and I have yet to receive any point of contact as of 7/28 19:08"
"This was an okay hotel. Don’t expect much, I booked it last minute as the cheapest option and it got the job done. The bed is super comfortable however the room was pretty cold and I had to resort to turning the heat on when it was 80+ outside. The water in the shower never got hot and the tv was playing only public access TV where people were recording themselves like a vlog. I went through every channel and could not find a “regular” program. I never said anything due to my short stay but I’m sure if I did they would have rectified it."
"Nobody was staffed at the front desk when I arrived. I had to walk around the lobby and restaurant for some time before finding the person who could check me in. They seemed annoyed that I'd tracked them down and had to schlep all the way back to the front desk to do their job. So not a great first impression. The room was fine except for the shower which had dirt all over the base. There was no maid service to speak of. The hotels itself is huge, but it was barely occupied and yet I ended up in a room with one of those shared doors and a person on the other side who made quite a bit of noise, bodily and otherwise. I'm not sure why I would have been assigned a room right beside someone when there seemed to be, literally, a hundred other unoccupied rooms. I had my 4-year-old with me and, of course, they wanted to go swimming, but the swimming pool was appalling. It was dimly lit and the paint was peeling in sheaths from the rafters and beams which made the whole thing seem dirty and unkempt and possibly damaging to one's lungs. Who knows whether anyone was keeping an eye on the chlorine levels. Leaves had been blown into the hallway near just inside the door from the outside near my room. This was not addressed during the entirety of my three night stay so every night was like returning to an abandoned inn. Lastly, there were very few lights on in the parking lot, which made the exterior hard to navigate in the dark and lent the place an aura of menace and disuse. Wyndham / Ramada: please clean up your act with this one. The rooms were fine, but management is NOT getting it done."
