"The afternoon we went the toilets was disgrace. The female's had two blocks off with the male with paper on floor and not cleaned. The movie was fantastic."
"Poor experience for the money we paid ! The seats were torn and dirty , the carpet was extremely disgusting - brown and black slimy stuff everywhere . The cup holders were not cleaned properly with leftover drink and food in it . We pay the same amount for all village cinemas ticket and experience but other places look so much better. Two stars because the staff here were lovely , friendly."
"Really disappointed with app. It says Eastland but in very low resolution says TAS. My money gone. Customer support is worst than app. I tried to contact cinema to switch it before show to another cinema. I spent 30 minutes on phone no response! No other ways to contact them! Be careful!!"
"There was a mix up with our tickets and unfortunately there is no direct line to call the cinema to fix issues. I went in to the location at Eastlands to sort it out in person and was immediately looked after. The young man I saw, sorted out the issue within five minutes and was apologetic despite it not being his fault. I believe his name was Peter, Village Cinemas should be proud to have him as an employee and I am very happy with the treatment I received at the Eastlands location"
