Despite asking to speak to someone to resolve the issue they have ignored all requests for a refund or exchange and have left a small business with a printer that we cannot use and they will not allow us to return even though it is under warranty. Highly recommend to stay away. Very disappointing customer service, will never go back or recommend based on my experience."
