"DO NOT BUY from pottery barn if you need your furniture BEFORE your baby is born! Our baby is due in July so we purchased a crib and mattress in Feb (4 months pregnant) and received the crib in June and still have yet to receive the mattress. We have been rescheduled to receive the mattress 3 times and the latest update is for it to arrive in August AFTER our baby is due to arrive. We went in-store and called the customer service multiple times to get an update and reason for delay. Each time they are unable to provide a reason, explaining that they sell unavailable stock to customers based on the estimated delivery (which isn’t correct) and when stock arrives it is allocated in no particular order to someone who purchased it. They also offered to refund and upsell a more expensive mattress, with no consideration that the fault still remains with them."

"I was hoping the one star review of this company did not suggest the norm. I was mistaken, they are completely useless. Couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery. I won't go back buy anything from this store, incredibly bad experience with them. I bought cushion and cushion cover. They gave me different size. Until today still not change back to me. That was 12 months ago I bought kids furniture, a bed and bedside tables. Purchased in December2021, arrives in August 22 after We had to take the initiative to get it delivered. Moreover, we paid set up furniture fees but delivery crew said they wouldn't do. Why did we pay extra money???Just awful"

"Lovely quality but delivery has been affected. Hopefully PBK will resolve this soon. We ordered a nursery setting (cot, dresser and topper) early 2021. The cot was delivered within 4 months. Lucky for us we could use the bassinet. The dresser and the topper were a different story. These took over a year to arrive (I know, who even waits this long?!). After multiple emails pushing back delivery due to various issues (Wearhouse move, shipment delays, change of shipment company etc.) we received an email saying our order has been cancelled. We did not cancel it, the company did. Multiple calls and emails later, the dresser was back on order but we passed on the topper as the baby now was too big. Really unpleasant experience that has put me off PBK"

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company, how they are still running is beyond me. Have been waiting 2 months for a kids chair that I was originally told would take up to 15 days to arrive. The package finally arrived but they have only sent the insert and not the actual cover, have contacted them and have been told I have to wait 5 business days for a response. Will not be shopping with them again, such a shame as their products are beautiful."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Worst experience we have ever had with a retail purchase! Purchase a nursery chair in September and told 15 day delivery which was fine until we received notification our chair had been delivered but nothing arrived at our address. My wife then had to call multiple times to be told the order could not be found and no one could even tell us what was happening. We made multiple phone calls to figure out and was told someone would get back to us which never happened. Just unbelievably poor service. Happy to take our money and then do absolutely nothing afterwards to help us. Worst customer service and have had the worst experience with this mob. Will never be shopping with pottery Barn Kids again!"
