"Came in to replace a Robot Vac. Had excellent service from Nick who helped me with all my questions and found a couple options for me within my budget. He also showed me things I didn't even know about which I was thankful for. The unit I wanted in the end wasn't available and was in high demand, but he managed to get me one allot quicker than I initially was told. Id also like to mention the Cashier who stood out, Tayah (might be Taylor?) who was extremely friendly and professional. I had a credit from the manufacturer of my last vacuum and there was allot of paperwork. I thought it was going to be a big mess, but the two of them processed everything together seamlessly and appeared effortless. Was very professional to watch. When I came back to collect the unit, both Nick and Tayah jumped up and said hello. Was an excellent experience! Thanks guys and hope this gets back to you both :)"

"I have a neighbour, who is 89 years old, and gets around with a wheelie Walker. She dropped in here yesterday to buy a small digital radio. She wanted to be sure it was rechargeable, and they assured her it was. When she got home, I tried to set it up for her. They didn’t tell her that she needed to buy 4 AA rechargeable batteries. Why they didn’t sell them to her is beyond me. Maybe there isn’t any sales commission on AA batteries. Fancy doing that to an 89-year-old lady. Thanks a lot HN. Keep moving those $$$."

"It's an unpleasant experience that I had been to this Fortitude valley store today around 1:35pm. I was looking at one of the Samsung S23+ and trying out the functions. Suddenly a sales man came across being very rude and unprofessional saying Optus giving out phone for free etc... which I don't care about. After, he shouted with his loudest possible voice to his colleagues who is at the other end of store: "This (guy) only pay $20 a month for his phone", once he dug out how much I pay currently. Further this sales doesn't even know (or he tried to hide) Harvey Norman is doing a $150 gift card promotion for the said phone and he didn't apologise for his incompetence of knowledge of what is happening in the store after I advised him about the promotion. His desk is right at the mobile device section sitting next to am Asian sales, it's absolutely no reason he didn't know about the promotion. Rude to his customer. Incompetent knowledge. I feel sorry for the shop owner who has lost a genuine customer who wanted to get a new phone. Went straight to Good guys and got my phone from there I had a much better experience."

"My first time ever, buying from Harvey Norman (the good guys were too far away) and I was SO impressed! Ty served me and his product knowledge about the Bissell machine I wanted was excellent! Very professional and pleasant. Upon paying at the counter, Tara asked if I needed help carrying the carton to my vehicle and when I said I was downstairs, she directed me to the lift as the easiest and quickest way to exit the store to the carpark. The best retail service experience in a very long time! Thank you both."
