"Two people on the counter, one woman with a flower crown and one guy both ignored me when standing at the counter for a minute. When I excused myself they told me they were busy and would get to me when they were free. Then continued to do something behind the counter. After 4 minutes I got frustrated and left. This store has decent products but a small range that is just a 20% mark up over buying online. Shop here if you wanna get ignored and have money to throw away. Large stick blender collection tho."

"Extremely rude behaviour from staff. Advertised closing of store 5pm, this should be "staff will be driving away at 4:59pm". Should have read the shocking other reviews before getting in my car. After travelling for 45mins in city traffic (gps quoted 31mins) arrive and standing at front door at 4.55pm, to find door already locked, lights on inside and staff member at counter. Staff member immediately ignores me and disappears out back, I stood waiting at door till 4.57pm to watch all the lights go out. Return to carpark and note 2 staff members getting in their cars at 4:59pm. When raising the point with them all I got with an attitude "we're open at 8:30am in the morning", yet at that moment in the car park according to their advertised time they were not supposed to be closed ! Not impressed, Only wanted one item and had the item number ready. Picky maybe but clock watching staff should be docked their wages, clearly sloppy management if there is any management at all. And yes my clock time was 100% accurate. Now I have return empty handed, endure traffic through CBD and highway for another 45 minutes."
