"Had purchased a replacement s-m baby boy beanie over the phone from Southland (calling Chadstone where they still had stock) after thinking I misplaced my son’s original one only to find it when I was unloading the pram. The sales lady (dark haired bob) was really nice and agreed to a swap without incurring an additional charge as the sale had ended the day before. She was really kind and also made some recommendations for my Sons eczema (though I’m still trying to use up all the Mustela we bought!). Service was so welcoming compared to the store next door!"
