"Disgusting and horrible service Visited today around 3pm and the service is downright appalling. No wonder why this store only has a 3 star rating. Especially from your staff at the men’s shoes section (stocky Asian male wearing a hat) He has no regard for customers and is happy leaving them there standing around instead of doing his job and giving them service. Literally have to beg for service here your staff love all hanging in the back and doing nothing instead of serving customers who have been wasting for 30-40 minutes! Honestly take your money elsewhere this store clearly do not value their customers! Do you forget that without customers you would not have a job?"

"Really poor customer service. Firstly you get looked up and down upon entry like you're a potential thief. Then the in-shop service is generally poor. They were more concerned in telling me I couldn't return the item if I changed my mind than even just engage in normal retail conversation. Really poor experience all round."
"Poor customer service and miserable shopping experience. Most staff look bored and not interested in helping customers.Staff members conducted conversations while ignored customers were walking between them. The door "greeting" from staff member was non existent. Shop interior looks dated, cold, and clothes are a mess. Beware the store policy of no refunds. Bought two separate items and staff were very insistent to point out that it was exchange or store voucher only. Firm statement they do NOT refund. Is this even legal ? Shop online at one of the many sports or fashion stores that offer refunds with no hassle and better prices."
"We went to the store with a faulty product that has been worn once, they wanted to re sell it and check the conditions of the product… We don’t want them to sell something that we believe can hurt someone. They did not want to further investigate, they did not offer to repair it, they did not offer credit or a refund, not even a replacement… I’ll have to go again until we can speak to someone that can make decisions is working…"
