"Fantastic service provided by Giulia, where I managed to buy the dress with no troubles via the phone and assisted with the same day delivery ( I organised my own courier). Dress is in perfect condition, in the right size and colour. And even sent me a thank you card with the receipt tucked in there! So sweet. Really appreciative of the store’s and Giulia’s help! 5/5 stars for me!"

"It seems the staff here think they are above greeting and serving customers and are under the impression they get paid to swan around the store in free clothing. It would have turned me off from the brand but luckily David Jones offer fantastic service so I’ll keep going there instead."

"I bought a pair of slides for my girlfriend for Christmas. After wearing them for one day, predominantly inside, the bottoms have severely degraded and the tops have begun to fray. These are a very expensive pair, costing $225 and I do not see them lasting long at all. I emailed your company but was told "they are only painted underneath. So with wear, the paint will fade and the wooden sole will start to show. This can happen with one wear and is not considered a fault.' This is very, very poor quality for an expensive product. Definitely won't be purchasing any items from here again"

"Walked into the store yesterday 19-8 at 5:17pm with my mother and no one greeted us upon entry. There was no one in the store at the time . 3 employees were standing at the front desk not willing to stop-drop or serve . Coming from someone who works in retail this let alone isn’t acceptable and not a great example of the ultimate customer experience. My mother and I weren’t dress super wealthy like the other customers in the store but was wanting to spend money for an outfit . Regardless of how we look I believe they misjudged us . My mum wanted a top in a size 10 but AJE only had a size 14 on the floor . I asked one of the ladies at the front for a size and she said no worries give me a sec . 5 minutes later the workers hadn’t stopped talking and my request or a size wasn’t made or attempted . My mum ended up trying the 14 loved the top and wanted the 10 . I went out to see if someone had got it . No one had done anything . I waited in front on the workers waiting for them to stop talking so I could ask again for my size but they did not even bloody acknowledge me . So disrespectful. My mum and I left the store utterly disappointed. The customer service was terrible and I think the workers who was working did not care at all about serving and only about what they had to discuss . Not happy about this experience and I would love a reply in regards to this ."

"I am always receiving amazing service from this store. The girls are so lovely and always help me find the perfect piece for me, even when they’re busy i am still greeted and assisted. Will always be one of my top stores to visit when shopping for an event!"
